Consultant M365 Service Owner (Digital Workplace – Collaboration)Nous recherchons un consultant expérimenté M365 Service Owner pour rejoindre l’équipe Digital Workplace – Collaboration de Saint-Gobain.
Le rôle consiste à gérer fonctionnellement les services Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot…), piloter les évolutions, accompagner l’adoption et assurer le suivi de la roadmap.
SharePoint Online :
Qualification et suivi des demandes d’intégration (add-in, extensions).
Coordination avec les métiers pour validation.
Contribution aux sujets cybersécurité & gouvernance des droits.
M365 Copilot / Copilot Chat :
Définir et déployer le plan de communication avec l’équipe adoption.
Accompagner le change management.
Mettre en place des dashboards & KPI (usage, personas, adoption).
Suivre la roadmap et le développement des agents Copilot.
OneDrive :
Suivi de la roadmap et préparation des communications associées.
Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot) – confirmé à avancé
Service Management – confirmé
Project Management – avancé
Change Management – confirmé
Framework SharePoint (SPFx) – élémentaire
Maîtrise globale des M365 Tools – avancé
