Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage Support FIA ( BlackRock)Mettre en place une équipe unique dédiée pour :
Assurer le support fonctionnel et technique du progiciel FIA.
Réaliser la maintenance corrective et évolutive.
Gérer les montées de version tous les 15 mois.
Implémenter les droits et habilitations.
Produire des livrables et indicateurs de performance (KPI).
Taches
Suivi de production : analyse des erreurs, coordination avec les équipes techniques.
Support fonctionnel : gestion des tickets, backlog, niveaux de support.
Maintenance évolutive : spécifications, tests, documentation, déploiement.
Montée de version : gestion de projet, coordination avec l'éditeur.
Gestion des habilitations : conformité, création/suppression d'accès, suivi des licences.
Formation des utilisateurs : sessions de 2h minimum.
Conduite du changement : mise à jour des documents, animation de la communauté NEXT .
Expertise du progiciel FIA (modules : Investment, Debt, Workflow, DWH, Report...).
Connaissance du métier du private equity, real estate, infrastructure, gestion des participations, dette.
Maîtrise de JIRA, outils de test (ex : RobotFramework).
Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en exigences fonctionnelles.
